Delivery

As well as collect in store we offer a variety of UK, EU and Worldwide shipping and delivery options. The carrier used to transport your online purchase will vary depending on your delivery location and the size, weight and value of your order.

Collect in Store

Free of charge, just choose ‘Collect in Store’ when you place your order. You will then receive a separate email once your items are ready for collection.  

UK Standard Delivery

Smaller domestic deliveries within the UK (generally up to 4kg), will be sent via Hermes and should arrive within approximately 2-4 days. On occasions we will use Royal Mail, particularly for much smaller parcels.  

For larger items including full kilt outfit packages, these will be sent fully tracked and insured via DHL or DPD.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number for each relevant carrier. If your parcel is sent via Royal Mail, unfortunately we are unable to offer tracking.      

International Delivery (EU & Non EU)

Smaller international deliveries (generally up to 4kg), will be sent via Royal Mail International.

For larger items including full kilt outfit packages, these will be sent fully tracked and insured via DHL or DPD.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number for each relevant carrier.

Unfortunately we have no visibility nor can accept responsibility for any additional taxes or import duties which may be applied to the delivery of goods outwith the UK. Such charges may be required to be paid in full to local authorities before the final release of a shipment.

Returns

An item(s) may be returned for refund or exchange if unused in its original condition, packaging and labels – accompanied by a valid proof of purchase – within 30 days of purchase or receipt.

Refunds

Upon receipt of a returned item, a refund will be processed via your original payment method (card or online account). Original delivery costs remain non-refundable unless items have been incorrectly sent or are faulty.

Please include the original invoice in your package, stating the reason for return.

The customer will be required to pay any return postage.

Exchanges

Please include the original invoice in your package, stating the details of the item to be exchanged.

The customer may be required to pay any return postage.
